Welcome to The Zoom-In Profile. These Terms of Service describe what you can expect when you take the Profile, purchase the Stress Signature Report, or otherwise use this site. By using this site or making a purchase, you are agreeing to what is described below. If anything here does not work for you, please do not use the site or purchase the report.

The Zoom-In Profile is offered by Robin Engelman, PhD, operating through Happier Hour®. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Robin Engelman, PhD and Happier Hour®. References to "you" and "your" mean the person taking the Profile or purchasing the report.

About the Service

The Zoom-In Profile is a self-reflection tool that helps you see where your nervous system tends to narrow under stress. The Profile asks you to respond to a set of questions and returns a visualization of how your stress patterns are currently organized, along with brief context about your lead patterns.

The paid Stress Signature Report is a personalized written interpretation of your results, based on the Stress Signature methodology created by Dr. Robin Engelman. The underlying framework, the way each pattern is interpreted, the vulnerability and strength profiles, and the practical recommendations were developed through years of clinical experience, research review, and program design. Each report is then generated with AI from your specific responses, working within that framework, and delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.

The report is a one-time digital product, yours to read, save, and revisit at your own pace.

Not a Clinical Service

The Zoom-In Profile is a tool for self-reflection and education. It is not a clinical assessment, a psychological diagnosis, or a substitute for mental health care. Completing the Profile or purchasing the report does not create a therapist-client relationship with Robin Engelman, PhD, or with Happier Hour®, regardless of Dr. Engelman's licensure as a clinical psychologist in the State of California. The interpretations offered are educational and reflective, not clinical recommendations.

If you are experiencing distress, struggling with your mental health, or unsure how to work with what comes up in your results, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional, your physician, or a trusted person in your life.

If you are in immediate distress or feel at risk of harming yourself or others, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988. This site is not monitored in real time and does not provide crisis support.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to take the Profile or purchase the report. By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

Purchase and Payment

The Stress Signature Report is sold at the price displayed at checkout, in US dollars. Pricing may change at any time, and any new price applies only to purchases made after the change. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your payment information is handled by Stripe under their terms and security standards. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Delivery

After you complete payment, your Stress Signature Report is generated and emailed to the address you provided. Most reports arrive within a few minutes. Occasionally, generation or delivery may take longer due to processing volume or technical conditions. If your report does not arrive within a reasonable time, check your spam folder first, and then contact us at robin@happierhour.com and we will resend it.

Refunds

Because the Stress Signature Report is a personalized digital product delivered immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once the report has been generated and sent. If you do not receive your report due to a technical issue on our side, or if your report cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, contact us at robin@happierhour.com within fourteen days of your purchase and we will either resolve the issue or issue a refund of the purchase price.

If you have questions about whether the report is right for you before purchasing, please reach out before checkout rather than after, as we are not able to offer refunds based on personal fit with the content.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including The Zoom-In Profile™, The 10 Stress Types™, the Profile questions, the scoring methodology, the report structure, the interpretive language, the Happier Hour Method®, the Happier Hour® name and brand, and all visual design elements, is the intellectual property of Robin Engelman, PhD, and Happier Hour®, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

When you purchase the Stress Signature Report, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that report for your own reflection. You may save it, print it, and share it with people you choose for the purpose of discussing your own results, such as with a therapist or trusted person in your life. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercialize the report or its content. You may not use the report or any other content on this site to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or any other automated tools. You may not use any part of the Profile or report to create a derivative product or competing service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this site only for its intended purpose. You will not attempt to reverse engineer the Profile, scrape its content, interfere with its operation, or use it to make clinical decisions about other people. You will not impersonate another person when taking the Profile or making a purchase.

Third-Party Services

This site relies on several third-party services to function. Payments are processed by Stripe. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Response data is stored in Airtable. Report generation uses Anthropic's Claude API. Each of these services operates under its own terms and privacy practices. By using this site, you acknowledge that your data passes through these services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about your data. By using this site, you also agree to the practices described there.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site, the Profile, and the report are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We do not warrant that the Profile or report will produce any particular outcome, insight, or change in your life, and you understand that the value you receive depends on your own engagement with the material.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robin Engelman, PhD, and Happier Hour® will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, the Profile, or the report. Our total liability for any claim related to the report is limited to the amount you paid for the report. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Robin Engelman, PhD, and Happier Hour® from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If a dispute arises between us, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting robin@happierhour.com and giving us a reasonable opportunity to address the concern. If informal resolution is not successful, any dispute will be resolved through mediation in Marin County, California, and if mediation does not resolve the matter, the dispute will be settled in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this site and the purchase of the Stress Signature Report, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
